Here's the scoop: once you place your order, we'll get to work on your custom design and give you an estimated completion date. You'll get to check out your artwork, and if needed, you can request up to two revisions to perfect that portrait. Once you're thrilled with the result, we'll print and ship your masterpiece in protective packaging. 

To kick things off, just upload 2-3 high-quality photos of your pet's adorable face and name in the comments section. Also don't forget to mention your preferred background colour! 

To ensure your portrait is paw-fect, follow our photo guidelines: clear, close-up shots without any fancy accessories or filters. Quick note: you can cancel until we send you the draft portrait, but refunds or exchanges aren't in the cards for this personalised product. Got questions? We're all ears – drop us a line anytime! 

We offer a 30-day return policy, but personalised products are non-returnable unless damaged. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase to qualify. To start a return, contact hello@paintandtail.com—unauthorised returns won’t be accepted.

For damaged or incorrect items, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Cancellations: Personalised orders can be canceled within 24 hours; after that, an illustration fee applies.

EU Customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing returns for any reason if items remain unused and in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days once approved. If delays exceed 15 business days, contact us.

At Paint & Tail, we create personalised pet portraits with love and attention to detail. Our drawing process takes 2-3 working days (or up to 5 during busy periods), and we always send a preview for approval before printing. If no response is received within 3 working days, the portrait will be printed and shipped. Printed portraits arrive unframed.
