  • Colours and textures may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and printing processes.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment options available on our Shopify website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom artwork, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
